Return, Exchange Policy & Refund policy:

How to initate a return?

  • If you are unhappy with the product received and want to return it, then get in touch with our Customer Care Support Team at info@ogeez.in and you will be guided accordingly.
  • In case of return/exchange, the customer has to inform us within 7 days of delivery.
  • For defective products, the customer must connect with our team within 48 hours of delivery of the products. Sharing images of damaged products is mandatory for defective/damaged products to be returned or exchanged and refund to be initiated.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and in a saleable condition.
  • Products must be returned with all tags attached in their original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.
  • Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted and will not be applicable for any refunds if not intimated within 48 hours of product delivery.
  • We will be able to process the exchange post-receipt of the original product.
  • Products can only be exchanged if they meet our terms and conditions.
  • Discounted products and Accessories will not be eligible for any kind of exchange or return.
  • In Case you are unable to find the Exchange size or product we will issue an Online Credit Note with a validity of 90 days.
  • Returns and exchanges are allowed with products of the same price or higher.

How will you receive the refund?

The customer is eligible to receive the refund only after the product is checked and found to meet the conditions stated in ‘Return & Exchange Policy. The period for refund shall take (T+10) working days from the date of receiving the garments back and shall be made in the following mode:

For COD:In bank account.

For other payment methods: In the original payment mode.
